BRANDthrō included as a Representative Vendor in 2022 Gartner® report on Emotion AI Technologies for NLT/Emotional Text Analysis

NEW YORK—January 24, 2023 A Gartner report titled Competitive Landscape: Emotion AI Technologies (ID G00780862; Gartner subscription req.) includes BRANDthro among other Representative Vendors in the Emotion AI technologies market. The report highlights, “demand for a more personalized experience by customers will be a key driver for investment and innovation in the emotion AI technology landscape in 2023.”

A major finding of the new report noted the scope of emotion-detection-enabled systems being expanded to include two additional areas: Natural language technologies (NLT)/emotional text analysis and AI Avatars.

BRANDthrō was recognized as a Representative Vendor in the new Natural Language Technologies (NLT)/emotional text analysis area. The Gartner report defines it as:
